Based on your location and inventory availability, orders will be shipped out from either one of our two distribution centers in the USA. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 1-2 business days of your order.

Please note that we currently only ship to the Continental United States, excluding Alaska.

For large freight orders we require a valid customer contact number to ensure successful delivery. Once the shipment is ready for dispatch, the carrier will contact you to arrange for delivery. Please note that multiple failed delivery attempts will result in re-delivery fees that the recipient will be responsible for.

If you placed your order before 12PM EST Monday-Friday, your order should ship out the same business day. If you ordered after 12PM EST on Monday-Friday, your order will ship the following business day. All orders placed Friday after 12PM EST or any time over the weekend, will ship on the following Monday. Please note that there are no deliveries made over the weekend.
